Ignata Finance are partnering exclusively with an exciting business based in Epsom to recruit an Interim Head of Finance.
Responsibilities:
- Responsibility for the management & financial accounts.
- Production of annual statutory accounts.
- Regular financial review with key budget holders.
- Oversee daily revenue reporting across multiple divisions.
- Responsibility for budget collation & quarterly forecasting.
- Performance management & coaching of team of 7 staff members.
- Oversee treasury activities.
- Design & implementation of relevant financial controls.
- Payroll sign off & appropriate cost allocation to balance sheet reconciliation.
- Monitor financial systems, offering updates on current performance & identifying areas for improvement.
- Responsibility for external reporting.
Essential skills and experience:
- Qualified Accountant.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
- Highly numerate and with strong commercial aptitude.
- Strong Excel skills.
- Technically sound with some statutory account preparation experience.
Daily rate - £350-400
