Financial Analyst

岗位职责： 1. Compliance with internal Group policies, process & external regulations 2. Provide insightful analysis on an on-going and ad-hoc basis that delivers comprehensive understanding of channel, segment and product categories' performance. 3. Prepare budget and make rolling forecast for AsPac 4. Prepare productivity report on monthly basis and find gap vs. forecast; make productivity rolling forecast on monthly basis and closely communicate with operation team to find all necessary cost saving opportunities to meet target 5. Take more ownership in driving performance. Closely monitor performance, forecast future and send warnings on unexpected variance, resolve issues based on root cause analysis 6. Prepare cost analysis to support on-going and new system project 7. Handle assigned group closing and reporting activities monthly, e.g. inventory reporting, margin analysis, etc. 8. Consolidate financial reports for AsPac business and analyze the key factors 9. Monitor sales performance from both individual and region perspectives 10. Monitor and control of inventory management 11. Be the member to help control of local purchase 12. Be one of the member that may need to do the credit control analysis and help the process of order release 13. Be filled with a person who wants to be innovative and to provide a good help to achieve continuous improvement. 14. Carry out ad-hoc work to achieve the objectives of financial management. 任职资格： 1. Bachelor degree preferable majoring in finance or accounting 2. 5+ years of experience with background in financial planning and analysis. Analytical expert with financial modeling skills and experience working with finance reporting applications. 3. Good in written and spoken English 4. Aptitude in standard computer EPR/software, including SAP, Word, Excel and PowerPoint; 5. Honorable, self-motivated, well-organized, good communication and problem solving skills; 6. Strong Consolidation skill 7. Immune to stress and to work under pressure with a deadline driven environment;
