This role, Media Agency Biller (Contract), is a project based role specifically looking for a candidate that has an extensive background working for an Media Agency/ Media company.

Our client are specifically looking for a candidate who has worked in the Media industry and unfortunately candidates without at least 1 years experience working in Media cannot be considered for the role.

Client Details

Our client are a reputable Media agency and are specifically looking to hire a candidate who has worked in the Media industry for more than a year.

Unfortunately candidates without Media billings experience cannot be considered for the role.

Any candidates that have worked for a Media, Advertising or Publishing Agency will be considered.

Description

This role, Media Agency Biller (Contract), involves

- Extensive knowledge of the media sector is required

- Ensure invoices for fees and costs are raised as per client requirements

- Raising sales invoices for timesheets

- Ensuring that time and expenses are matched appropriately

- Ensuring that all new jobs are opened and codes provided to the business, and old jobs are closed down and any balances cleared.

- WIP Billing

- Provide monthly aged WIP reports with detailed commentary on action points for internal distribution
Take responsibility for controlling and monitoring the WIP account for the division

- Accountancy based

- Based in the City of London

- 6 month fixed term contract

Profile

The candidate we are looking for, Media Agency Biller (Contract), must:

1. Have billings / sales ledger experience

2. Have worked in the Media sector for more than a year/ for an Agency for more than a year
