Page Personnel are recruiting for a Finance Analyst to join a large, highly reputable business based in Manchester City Centre. The role will be for a 3 month temporary period with a possibility of an extension thereafter.

A global and well established housing provider with offices based in Manchester.
Description
As a Finance Analyst, you will be supporting the Finance and Commercial teams in conducting business analysis, Financial Modelling, Cashflow forecasting and Capital analysis.
Duties will include, but are not limited to; provide business reviews and analysis on the performance of existing portfolio of assets, build and maintain portfolio information resources, support Finance Manager's in analysis of month and quarter end, review financial models and provide asset management reporting.

The successful candidate will:
- Be immediately available- Essential
- Possess strong project management and organisational skills- Essential
- Have strong verbal and written communication skills- Essential
- Have knowledge MS Excel in particular Excel Analysis Services- Essential
- Have previous experience within a similar role- Essential
