Reed Finance have been engaged by a leading national company to recruit a Financial Controller.
Our client is a business who are in the top percentile of their sector, with an impressive list of clientele.

Your new position is that of Financial Controller; reporting directly to, and assisting the CFO through drawing on your financial and commercial insight to improve the overall performance of the business and assist in delivering the company’s strategy.
You will also have principal responsibility for the team’s compliance with all statutory regulations, as well as the company’s management and financial reporting systems and the robust financial control and effective delivery of the finance operations.
And last but by no means least, you'll enjoy working with, leading and inspiring a solid, high calibre finance team.
Given the seniority of this post our client is seeking those who have qualified (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) in a reputable accountancy practice, with experience gained an established organisation.
You will be experienced in developing, implementing and managing financial accounting and related systems, possess and exceptional technical competence in financial control, and an expert with Excel.
To be successful in this role you will need to be an exceptional communicator, able to translate to non-financial stakeholders, driven to succeed and demonstrate experience at senior management level.
