An exciting role for an experience Income Officer to work in the Housing Sector in a rapidly growing organisation.
Client Details
Based in London this well established organisation provides affordable housing for over 10,000 individuals across London.
Description
The Income Officer will be responsible for the following duties
- Daily posting of payments to the Finance System.
- Liaising with tenants and leaseholders to discuss payments and agree payment plans.
- Work with the rest of the team to minimise the amount of items in the suspense account
- Manage the entire direct debit process including setting up payments and ensuring they are compliant with group policies.
Profile
The successful Income Officer will have experience in the Income team of a Housing Organisation. Exposure to SUN Systems is desirable but not essential.
Job Offer
A salary of between £22,000 and £26,000 plus benefits.
