My client is a large not for profit organisation based in Cardiff
Description
Reporting to the Head of Finance, The Finance Manager plays a key role in the organisation, delivering the full Month End processes for Financial Accounts as well as being the lead on the Final Accounts production.
The role will include planning, preparing and delivering the Final Accounts to IFRS to a tight time-frame as well as the monthly control accounts, balance sheet reconciliations, VAT Accounting, cash flow forecasting, management of a small team, developing systems and controls and deputising for the Head of Finance in their absence.
Profile
You will be a Qualified Accountant with at least 2 years PQE.
You will have working knowledge of Technical Financial Reporting to IFRS.
You will have excellent people management skills and be able to lead from the front.
You will be enthusiastic and be able to drive continuous improvement throughout your area.
Job Offer
A starting salary of c£40,000 - £45,000
