reporting, including mainly:
− Prepare and validate data
− Propose and validate assumptions and targets (revenue, OPEX, headcount, etc.), as well as resource allocation optimization
− Analyse output and produce commentary, identify and highlight risks and opportunities
− Track and challenge landing and spending
− Present and review output with customers
• Maintain strong business partnering through mainly:
− Participate in strategic business meetings and regular management meetings
− Support decision making on investments, projects, and operations through providing financial expertise in e.g. assessing returns on key investments, sales force expansion, new product launch, etc.
− Support sales forecasting and performance measurement (incentive scheme)
− Train business leaders to core financial practice and share insights from financial perspective
− Contribute to, and when needed, challenge market planning and execution
− Monitor stock-in-trade and gross-to-net, alert on risks and advise on mitigation/optimization
− Monitor and enforce relevant internal controls and processes
− Operational controlling activities (non-standard or significant contracts, projects, purchases, etc.)
• Coordinate with Business and Finance stakeholders/teams to achieve timely, efficient and effective expense reimbursement, provision, as well as accurate booking and smooth period end closing
• Own business controlling processes and controls, challenge on and contribute to efficient and effective way of working, as well as harmonization/standardization cross different teams and interfacing with other Finance stakeholders/teams
• Perform other ad hoc financial review and analysis followed by recommendations as appropriate
• A minimum of 7 years of hands-on experience in finance areas, including 2 or more years in business controlling and/or financial planning & analysis area
• Solid working experience in large multinational company, preferably in pharmaceutical or highly regulated FMCG industry
• Managerial experience, including leadership interfacing and people management, is a plus
• Experience of project management and/or internal/external stakeholder management is appreciated
• Efficiency in Excel and financial system, SAP (CO Module) preferred
• ACCA preferred.
