主要职责/责任
1) Internal Control
- Work together with other MT members in JV to realize annual budget;
- Provide the managing board and management team with the financial insight and impact assessment needed to make sound decisions on the Company's business operations, investments, plans and strategies;
- Play a leading role in evaluating business performance; identify areas of opportunities and / or concerns.
2) Accounting, Finance and Reporting
- Fulfill a consolidation role in the planning, creation, review and evaluation process of quarterly forecasts, annual and long-term plans, ensuring timely submission of a high quality package. Play a major and often central role in the communication and justification process.
- Ensure the timely creation of accurate and complete monthly / quarterly / annual financial statements and all required supportive materials for submission to the JV, shareholders as well as local authorities.
- Manage the overall finance function which covers financial and management accounting, tax, treasury and financial planning & analysis, budgeting, internal control etc. Promote and ensure efficient and productive interaction with other internal departments and relevant affiliate organizations.
- Manage working capital and banking relationships to ensure the business has adequate funds at competitive cost to support the forecast growth.
3) JV Deputy General Manager
- Provide technical and managerial oversight to continuously monitor and improve the company's internal control and risk management processes/procedures as well as safeguards for Company's assets.
- As backup of JV General Manager according to the AOA of JV.
4) Working with global team:
- Monthly consolidation according to OCI system;
- Help the JV divestment process.
任职资格：
? Bachelor degree or above in accounting and finance;
? Fluent English at listening, speaking and business writing;
? Familiar with both China and international accounting standards (IAS/USGAAP);
? Minimum 5 years' working experience in finance control, preferred in a foreign company or Chinese-Western JV; plant / project management / M&A experience is a plus;
? Fast learner and team worker;
? Willing to work in uncertainty.
