Finance Analyst - Career Day

Responsibilities：

Review all P&L line per brand of related brands focus.
  Follow up monthly expenses tracking, major in A&P and operating expenses.
  Provide financial & analytical review on sales and marketing performance.
  Assist Business controller to enhance internal control process and follow up.
  Assist Business controller on monitoring monthly closing and budgeting, 3-year planning, R1&2.
  Working closely with the sales and marketing function and analytical to support and increase
profitability of all product lines.
  Constantly driving for investment and spending efficiency
  Leading forecasting and closing process
  Monitoring Cash & Treasury – DSO and CAPEX
  Leading Inventory Management – DOI/POSM
  To ensure and respect all process and guidelines form P&C, LVMH are properly implemented
  Assess risk and opportunities to management with propose solution and action for improvement
  Be proactive and contribute idea for improvement whenever is needed for the company
  Be alert of and external environment changes such as government tax regulation or industry
information that might impact out business.

Requirement：

Must be a result driven individual with high levels of business acumen and a team leader.
  Excellent communication skills with cross function, as well as in written & verbal English communication.
  Excellent communication abilities, interpersonal communication skills.
  Strong excels skill.
  Proactive regarding risk detects, initiative, motivated.
  Bachelor Degree or above
  A technically strong with 3-5 years accounting and controlling experiences gained in a FMCG company.
     Microsoft AX and Syrus experiences are preferred.                                      ACCA preferred
