Establish proper accounting procedures/system to ensure timely and accurate internal and external reporting
"Coordinate the proper setup of cost centers / profit center in SAP and optimize the application in SAP and DWH System to meet the business practice and requirements.
"
Set up proper standard costing, major variances are analyzed & explained, improvement opportunities identified and corrective actions proposed for implementation and then follow-up
Set up ICP policies to ensure efficient support to sales companies and to minimize TP taxation risks.
Build up a proper internal control system, and ensure the company is conducting biz with compliance to all legal/regulatory requirements and company funds are effectively / efficiently utilized.
Check accruals/provisions for expenses & liabilities, asset re-valuation & provision including AR and inventory before period-end closing to ensure the accruacy.
Take leading role in budgeting and ensure acuracy of the data and timely submission. Provide professional assistance in Capex projects and ensure that Capex is controlled within budget.
Closely monitor the business performance (KPIs) and conduct variance analysis (Vs Budget, Vs LY). propose measures for closing the gap where necessary, provide monthly management reports on time.
Conduct balance sheet reviews and give proposals to improve the balance sheet ratios and working capital (AR, AP, Inventory) efficiency
Manage the IT function (ID Management, Confidential Information Management, security management)
Take the leadership for other assigned management jobs by necessary
Communication and coordination between departments, provide suggestions and solutions, solve the problems constructively, closely communicate with DIC group
Team management: provide coach and instruct to the staffs,people management inculding recruiting, performance management, training and development etc.
