The role is working for a well known Bar & Restaurant group who have currently acquired a key competitor. They are looking for a Management Accountant who has previously worked with stock.
Client Details
The client is an award winning Bar & Restaurant group.
Description
A successful candidate will be given duties which include:
- Preparation of the monthly management accounts , including making journal entries, accruals, prepayments, consolidations
- Involvement in integration projects
- Review of the monthly bank reconciliations and ensure items are cleared timely
- Preparation and review of the monthly balance sheet reconciliations
- To work alongside the Finance Manager in preparation of monthly, quarterly and year end financial reporting.
- Co-ordination of annual statutory audits
- Prepare and submit the monthly / quarterly VAT returns
- To prepare adhoc analysis as and when required by the business or the finance team.
Profile
A succesful candidate will have a similar profile to:
- Graduate, CIMA/ACCA part qualified
- International, multi-entity accounting and consolidations
- Must be fluent in English.
- Must be looking for more responsibility and real challenge
- Must be hands on, proactive and prepared to get into the detail
