Financial Analyst

Financial analyst to conduct feasibility studies and research for project focusing primarily in real estate, property management. Additional research conducted in F&B and Technology ventures.
Need to work hard, long hours and multiple time zones, USA, Africa and Dubai.
Need to be fluent in English.
Need to be comfortable when dealing with people. Both colleagues and potential tenants.
Need to be very well versed in excel and have strong presentation skills mostly using powerpoint.
Need to be able to projections and reports.

• Analyze financial data by collecting, monitoring and creating financial models for decision support
• Improve financial status by analyzing results; monitoring variances; identifying trends; recommending actions to management.
• Assist with annual and quarterly forecasting.
• Identify financial status by comparing and analyzing actual results with plans and forecasts.
• Guide cost analysis process by establishing and enforcing policies and procedures; providing trends and forecasts; explaining processes and techniques; recommending actions.
• Recommend actions by analyzing and interpreting data and making comparative analyses; study proposed changes in methods and materials.
• Increases productivity by developing automated reporting/forecasting tools.
