Tax and Compliance Manager / Angola

- Estimate and track tax returns and prepare tax payments,
- Complete/Review quarterly and annual tax reports
- Organize and update the companies tax database
- Recommend tax strategies that align with business goals, identify tax savings and suggest ways to increase profits
- Prepare/review necessary paperwork for tax payments and returns
- Share financial data with the accounting department
- Follow industry trends and track changes related to taxes
- Liaise with internal and external auditors
- Forecast tax predictions to senior managers
- Follow changes to tax regulations and laws.
- Create and implement processes and procedures
- Other tasks requested by the top management
- Develop, Implement and Maintain compliance projects as well as working alongside all key deparments ensuring all
relevant compliance gaps and projects are resolved to a high standard
- Supporting the communications team in writing and publishing articles for external media
- Promoting compliance as a key center of excellence as well as providing regular updates to the business regarding any
developments in Taxes compliance.
- Transfer Pricing Report
- Ensuring all issues within Compliance domain are dealt with before they become a concern and is regularly reported.
