Description
The key responsibilities of this Accounts Assistant position are as follows:
- Enter AP invoices accurately and efficiently
- Enter the credit card expenses
- Process expense claims
- Assist with posting of customer promotional discounts
- Be the main point of contact for any IT related query
- Perform ad hoc tasks/analysis as needed
Profile
The successful candidate for this Accounts Assistant position will display the following:
- Strong attention to detail
- Studying towards AAT Qualification
- Knowledge of accounts payable processes
- Proven Excel skills
- Willingness to learn
- Ability to work to tight deadlines and be consistently organised
