A leading independent school with excellent reputation in the EASTERN SUBURBS, are offering a 4-6 week assignment to an experienced AP Officer, ideally with SYNERGETIC experience.

Bring your previous solid AP background and ideally Synergetic software experience, to this role and hit the ground running.

In this role you will be:
  • Inputting 40/50 invoices per day
  • Checking for appropriate authorisation
  • Liaising with internal departments & suppliers
  • Processing invoices for payment
  • General AP tasks
  • Preparation of reports
For this role you will have:
  • Extensive AP experience
  • Experience working with Synergetic (ideal)
  • Excellent communication skills
