Description

Accounts Payable Officer duties and responsibilities

• Processing high value and low volume weekly invoices
• managing multi currency payments
• posting expense claims to strict deadlines
• Inputting invoices onto SAP
• Ensure accurate postings
• managing invoice queries
• VAT returns
• company credit card management

Profile

Accounts Payable Officer experience and characteristics;

• Invoicing and expenses exposure for a minimum of 2 years
• Focused and reliable character
• Excel capability
• Attention to detail
• A care for doing a good job

Desirable

• Experience processing high value multi currency invoices
• Multicurrency exposure
• The ability to post and manage expense claims
• VAT experience
• Some capability on SAP or similar large ERP systems
