This Accounts Assistant role based in Liverpool is a varied role with a focus on the purchase and sales ledger

Client Details

My client are a successful international business who are offering this new role in their small head office function.

Description

To work as part of the internal Accounts Department Team as an Accounts Assistant and be responsible for:

*Processing all invoices and managing the purchase ledger

*Bank reconciliations

*Cash Flow management

*Credit Control

*Supporting month end management accounts

*Dealing with all queries


Profile

The successful candidate for this Accounts Assistant role will have a strong transactional background in either purchase ledger or credit control with some accountancy knowledge, this role will report into a Finance manager so lots of add hock duties will be involved.

For this role you will need;

*Sage line 50 experience

*Excellent Microsoft excel knowledge and strong accounts system experience

*Excellent attitude and reliable

*Excellent attention to detail

*Experience working within an accountancy function
