Our client is looking for an amazing Audit Senior Manager who will help them become No1 in the market and is up for something a little different! The brief is simple: support the ambition to take them to No1 by working within the Projects and Assurance team ensuring they take every opportunity to wow their clients.

Clients:
help understand clients needs and identify opportunities to satisfy those needs now and in the future,
drive client advocacy levels through the roof to the point where they want to tell others about our client

People:
setting clear expectations, celebrating success and challenging when necessary
providing feedback and coaching others to take accountability for your own actions, results and personal development
encouraging others to use their strengths brilliantly in the service of clients and other team members

Financials:
setting stretching but achievable targets and keeping close to performance to know when clients are on and off-track and being ready and able to course correct where necessary
keep close to the cash managing WIP and debtors like they were your very own

Profile

You will need to be ACA qualified (or equivalent) with previous audit experience at a senior level

You will need to feel comfortable in an organisation that wants you to be yourself but will also challenge you to be the very best version of yourself almost all of the time.

Whilst you will be given some clients to get to know, you will also be expected to build up your own portfolio.
