Description

  • To support the Divisional Finance Team with all financially based activities/Projects across the Division.
  • Assist with the financial & wider integration of new business's/acquisitions
  • To further improve & enhance the financial and reporting frameworks within one of the Divisions. To ensure a consistency of approach & conformity with Group Accounting Policies & Procedures.
  • Assist in the development and roll-out of standard budgeting, planning, forecasting & monthly reporting tools and other models
  • Assist in the management and development of continuous improvement initiatives aimed at increasing productivity & reducing Month-End reporting timetables.
  • Analytical reviews of key business areas in support of strategic plans / business objectives / profit improvement.

    • Profile

    Skills & Experience Required:

    • Fully qualified accountant (CIMA, ACCA, ACA etc.)
    • Experience of Accounting systems and ERPs
    • Experience with SAP
    • Analytical approach A willingness to travel to other sites
    • Ability to influence senior management
    • Act on own initiative
    • Embrace change
