This role offers a real opportunity for the right person to build best practice accounting processes, solve complex technical problems, work in a fast pace environment, whilst collaborating with colleagues across the world.
You will be providing support to one of the fastest growing divisions of this organisation. Reporting in to the Head of Commercial Finance Working closely with other Management Accountants in the UK and Worldwide and supporting the Finance Business Partner.
Key responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
* Preparation of month end management accounts
* Processing of all accounting transactions
* Reconciliation and preparation of accounts (P&L and BS)
* Analyses and summarises performance compared to budget/forecast
* KPI reporting
* Preparation of future forecasts (Budgets/Forecasts/outlooks/pulse)
* Maintenance of accounting controls by preparing and recommending policies and process improvements
* Other management accounting functions
* Taking on other responsibilities and projects as required
We are looking for someone with:
* Newly qualified/finalist of one of the accountancy qualifications (CIMA or ACCA)
* Strong numerical and problem solving skills
* Accurate with great attention to detail
* The ability to analyse and interpret accounting data
* Proven experience as a Management Accountant
* Strong Excel skills
