财务分析经理

Report to: China VP - FP&A

Main Responsibilities:
- Responsible for China cost and expense analysis
- Responsible for China cost and expense budget & forecast
- Responsible for timesheet and project code management
- Responsible for ERP's master data maintenance. Such as vendor information, employee information, approval route etc.
- Other ad hoc assignments related to forecasting and reporting activities

Requirements
- Min. Bachelor degree, major in business, accounting or finance;
- Min.5 years of finance related experience in multi-national company or working experience in Big 4;
- Knowledge in real estate industry especially industrial sector is highly preferred;
- Proficient in MS office software such as Excel, Access, Power Point. Super strong in Excel
- Knowledge of Hyperion planning system will be an advantage;
- Strong English skill, especially on English report. Min. CET-6, fluent speaking and written English
- Detail oriented, self-motivated; and has good communication skills;
- Able to meet deadline.
- CPA/ACCA will be an advantage;

Location: Shanghai HQ Office

Target Compensation:
The starting compensation will depend upon, among others, the individual's experience, qualification and market range.
