Financial Crimes Office for EMEA

We are looking to hire Sanctions Screening Analyst for our Global Financial Crimes Office for EMEA. It works to ensure that our organisation conducts its business such that we protect our reputation, our business, and
our clients within the regulatory and legal framework. It is responsible for the establishment and maintenance of
effective systems and controls to protect clients' assets and to mitigate the risk that MUFG might be used to further
financial crime.

Sanctions Screening Analyst will be Responsible for carrying out level 1 sanctions screening of live payments. Level 1 is responsible for ensuring that all false positive sanctions hits are released in a timely manner and that all true matches are escalated to the Sanctions Screening Escalations Team.

The sanctions screening systems are monitored between the hours of 5.30am and 6.30pm on a daily basis*. This includes all
bank holidays, with the exception of Christmas Day and New Year's Day.

*Shift patterns are 5.30 - 1.30pm and 10.30am - 6.30pm, rotated on a weekly basis.
