米其林投资经理 IPO Partnership Manager

岗位职责：
1.需要做偏前期的投资项目如A轮；天使轮
2.需要对孵化器以及TMT领域感兴趣
3.最好偏大数据，云储存，AI等方向

Partnership Manager Key Accountabilities:
1. Define the strategy for Incubation Program with external partners (e.g. Accelerators, incubators, research institutes, VC/PEs, partner corporates, start-ups...) to construct an innovation eco-system with Michelin active participation. This eco-system should support Michelin to accelerate the innovation development.
2. Design and implement a collaboration framework to work with external partners (principles, guidelines, processes and documents).
3. Network the potential partners and develop the partnership deal with individual institutes. Lead the partnership negotiation and manage the implementation of the deal.
4. Manage the deal flow screening and evaluate opportunities from the eco-system.
5. Execute the direct/indirect investment deal into candidate start-ups with the support from the legal advisors.
6. Sense the eco-system of the mobility innovation and explore the opportunity.
7. Lead to progress the initiative from immature status to scalable business model, Including analysis and research the business need and the emerging market trend; pitching to the stakeholder for sponsorship;
formation of the team; CVP validation; Proof of concept testing and market pilot; market launch and
