- Duties and Responsibilities.
- You shall honestly, diligently and to the best of your ability perform the duties and undertake the responsibilities specified in your job description and any other duties that the Company may request you to undertake from time to time that are within your skills and capabilities.
- In undertaking these duties you shall:
- Use your best endeavors to promote and enhance the interests, welfare, business, profitability, growth and reputation of the Company.
- Become familiar with the Company's rules, policies and procedures, and observe them fully during your employment.
- As a crucial member of the finance team, your job description include, but not limited to:
- Collecting, interpreting and reviewing financial information.
- Predicting future financial trends
- Reporting to management and stakeholders, and providing advice how the company and future business decision might be impacted
- Producing financial reports related to budgets, account payables, account receivables, expenses etc.
- Developing long-term business plans based on these reports
- Reviewing, monitoring and managing budgets
- Developing strategies that work to minimize financial risk.
- Analyzing market trends and competitors
- Willing to travel to our India office if required.
Who is the ideal candidate?
- Bachelor or Master Degree in Accounting
- Very strong excel skills
- Strong Microsoft office skills
- Experience in retail
- Strong business acumen and communication skills
- Must have strong technical knowledge of accounting, tax, finance, governance, risk management and insurance
- Must be a thorough project manager delivering timely and accurate reports with attention to detail
