The Role

- Handling customer and broker complaints
- Assisting the wider with the identification and interpretation of regulatory, policy and contractual developments
- Analysing and producing compliance reports
- Other ad hoc projects and compliance initiatives
Skills & Experience
- Commerce, auditing or related degree
- Certificate IV in Lending
- Previous experience in a complaints and compliance position
- Demonstrable ability to handle and resolve complaints
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
