Exciting new opportunity available for an Associate Director at PrimaryMarkets.
We have a specialist focus on unlisted securities and investments and our operating model creates opportunities for all team members to be exposed to a wide range of industries and day-to-day hands on management experience.
Due to significant growth and the expansion of our team, we are seeking to employ an entrepreneurial and bright Associate Director who will be able to engage immediately across a range of deals / transactions we are working on.
Main responsibilities include client and relationship management, financial analysis, listings/deal management and working with Seller, Buyer and Intermediary Members to successfully complete transactions.
In addition, you will work with the greater PrimaryMarkets team to identify, quantify and convert opportunities; promote the brand and platform; and contribute to the continued development and growth of the business. We're a fintech growth company with the accelerator pressed firmly to the floor - we all pitch in.
You may come from a stockbroking, capital markets, corporate advisory, funds management or investment banking background.
Role is based in Sydney CBD.
You will need a few things to be successful with us:
Demonstrate strong business acumen and commercial savvy.
Demonstrate strong sales and negotiation skills and track record
Commensurate analytical skills to support new business and evaluation of deals/listings from initial review through to successful transactions.
Exceptional interpersonal and relationship management skills with the ability to build rapport quickly with people at all levels.
Tertiary qualifications in a business/finance or related industry discipline. Professional accreditations will also be highly sought.
5+ years' experience in one of the relevant background sectors.
