We are working with an established energy-focused investment firm with a fantastic track record. They are looking for a Managing Director with a track record in infrastructure private equity to join their London-based team. The new Managing Director will lead the firm's global solar fund. The firm's existing portfolio is performing strongly, meaning a high proportion of your time will be spent working on new investments, fundraising and building the team. The firm has an entrepreneurial and collegiate culture.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • You will lead or oversee all aspects of the investment process including origination, deal screening, financial modelling, due diligence and working with the portfolio. You will be on the investment committee, help to forumulate investment strategies and be responsible for building the team


YOUR PROFILE:

  • Candidates must have some experience of working in a private equity infrastructure investment team with an excellent reputation and track record
  • Experience of working on the full investment cycle
  • Some experience of working in emerging markets is preferred
