Right now we have a fantastic opportunity to lead a team of talented individuals as part of the Corporate Account Sales International Payments team. We are looking for an analytical, oraganised and sales-driven leader to who can work in a dynamic and results driven environment and motivate the Remote Account Management (RAM) team to exceed targets.

Responsibilities

    Targets - Lead a team of Corporate Account Sales Executives to exceed incremental business growth and retention targets from a defined SME base. Each account executive has responsibility for an individual portfolio of managed clients and oversees a larger portfolio of e-managed clients Employee Development and Training - Coach and develop team members in all areas of their role; client communication & meetings, product knowledge and compliance requirements RAM Strategy – By analyzing and reviewing the broad account base, develop strategies to find opportunities in the RAM customer base to target, engage and win business through improved share of wallet Partnership - Manage a key partnership relationship and develop a robust strategy to form win-win relationships with established clients and acquire new clients. Represent Amex at relevant partner conferences and meetings Engage with external and internal stakeholders to improve processes, service offering to optimise the client journey

Required skills:

    Strong analytical skills to segment client base, assess portfolio and employee performance Experience in training and coaching team members to increase cross-selling and acquisition of new clients Strong verbal and written communication skills with excellent negotiation skills Ability to multi-task and prioritise Good understanding of international payments / SWIFT back office Customer service and sales focused Good knowledge of and interest in FX markets and economic influences driving the market MS Office Advanced & Salesforce.com
