Global Network Services (GNS) is the business which houses all the network-related functions and plays a critical role in expanding American Express’s global brand, network presence and drives strong business growth for the Enterprise with approximately 100 bank partners globally.

Global Product and Marketing team of GNS oversees the development of end-to-end, customized marketing campaigns for our bank partners, from product launch to acquisition and customer engagement. Additionally, the group will be responsible for deploying our global marketing and brand platforms as well as content ensuring consistency, efficiency and scalability.

GNS Product and Marketing team will work with our bank partners locally in close collaboration with local BD teams as well as the central resources within the team and across the Enterprise. Within GNS, team will partner with BD teams, GNO, Strategy, Pricing and Analytics teams. Across the Enterprise, we will work with GABM, Premium Products and Benefits, Enterprise Digital and Analytics, Amex Labs, Global Commercial Services, and Global Merchant Services to bring differentiated brand assets, capabilities, benefit platforms and digital experiences to our bank partners.

Manager, Business Planning will report directly to Vice President, GNS Product and Marketing and work with the leadership team to coordinate and centralize regional efforts and create annual product and marketing plans for the business. She / he will also be leading all cross-regional communications, team engagement activities as well as select strategic initiatives.
