Head of Finance & IS

Market leading FMCG business is looking to recruit a high calibre senior finance professional.

Your new company

A highly innovative and market leading FMCG business. With a turnover of £50 million the company supplies to all leading retailers in the UK and is currently expanding its markets internationally.

Your new role

Reporting to the CEO you will be responsible for developing, contributing to and directing the finance, IS and legal infrastructure including budget development to achieve strategic growth targets; building and maintaining financial plans & analysis, ensuring that compliance, efficiency and IS improvement plans are in place; initiating & inspiring information systems that enable the company to effectively plan & develop all the company functions to optimise performance & operate in a holistic way.

What you'll need to succeed

You will be a degree educated qualified accountant with experience of managing both the finance and IT functions. You will have strong experience of corporate governance and financial accounting standards as well as having experience of driving and defining complex IT strategy and managing multiple IT disciplines. You will also have proven experience of managing, motivating and developing teams. Experience within the FMCG sector is desirable but not essential.
