Experienced Accounts Assistant or Accountancy and Finance Graduate required for temporary ongoing position in Central Milton Keynes

Our client is looking for an experienced Finance Administrator for a position in Milton Keynes. This is an opportunity to join this client on a temporary basis

Your new role
For this position you will have proven experience in a Finance Administration including
Purchase Ledger / Accounts Payable
Sales Ledger / Accounts Receivable
Card Services
Billing
Use of ERP systems
Understanding finance functions and process

What you'll need to succeed
The ideal candidate for this role will have the following experience:
Excellent communication and organisational skills
Finance experience including, billing, accounts receivable accounts payable and card services
Advantage using ERP systems
Able to work effectively as part of a team
Flexibility to adopt new process's as and when they come on line
Ability to provide a professional service when dealing with customers and stakeholders especially under
pressure situations.
IT literate with good practical knowledge / experience of the Microsoft Office Suite especially Excel and Word
Enthusiastic, Motivated, self-starter who can work without close supervision
The client will also consider an recent Finance Graduate who they are wiling to train
