A fantastic creative, events company in West London are looking for a degree calibre accounts assistant with at least 1 years experience. Must be comfortable reconciling accounts for attendees and suppliers of their shows alongside their existing accounts assistant who you will split the work with.
Experience of multiple currencies, high volume invoicing within luxury and creative is preferential. You will liaise with their external accountant and be the point of contact for Event Managers and Heads of Sales.
You must have strong numerical skills, excellent organisational skills and have the ability to multitask. You will have the ability to work under pressure and have excellent oral and written communication skills. Knowledge of QuickBooks and Salesforce would be beneficial but not essential. Ideally you will have an interest in creative, media and luxury industries!
