Finance Analyst

The Finance Analyst will support the Senior Finance Business Partner, Group Services in providing high quality monthly reporting and analysis; support budgeting and forecasting; and management insight and information for the Global function. Personality wise candidates must be of the highest calibre and align with the groups values.

Description

Key Responsibilities of the Finance Analyst:

Support the month end close process;

Prepare and distribute monthly reporting on the financial performance of BusTech pillars;

Prepare monthly headcount reporting;

Support the maintenance of fixed assets for Global BusTech;

Support the team to ensure capture of costs in line with the relevant accounting principles and finance policies;

Support any internal or external audit activity as required;

Other ad-hoc activities in response to requirements from BusTech

Profile

Skills/Experience of the Finance Analyst:

Experience of working within the accountancy function of an international business preferable

Studying or looking to study towards CIMA, ACA or ACCA

Excellent attention to detail

Highly organised and efficient

Ability to spot trends

Acts with the highest levels of integrity and treats others with respect

Can work under pressure and to tight deadlines

Articulate, both verbally and in writing

Able to communicate effectively with different countries and cultures

Flexible to internal customer needs
