岗位职责：
Responsibilities

Profit & Loss Account
l Quarterly or Annual Repricing / ECO Repricing
l Customers' PO verification including unit price, shipping term and payment term
l Monitoring of claims from customers
l Maintenance of selling price split and standard cost in ERP system
l Margin and variance analysis against forecast
l Monthly rolling forecast by assembly
l NRE billing & recognition and the related cost tracking
l Project appraisal on new investment
l Close liaison & follow up with Program Managers and SPO

Inventory
l Inventory management including monitoring of ageing and level,
l Inventory valuation including review of BOM cost, maintenance of standard cost in ERP and revaluation to actual cost
l Inventory ageing, risk assessment and provisions
l Monthly inventory reporting including inventory reconciliation and ageing report
l Review significant material usage variances and physical cycle count variance
l Advise & respond to internal customers request on inventory and costs status

General
l Month end closing activities in related areas
l Monthly management reports and presentation when required
l Annual statutory audit schedules
l Ad hoc projects as assigned by the supervisor

任职资格：

Requirements:
l Minimum a Degree in Accounting with minimum 3 years related working experience in a manufacturing environment
l Professional accounting qualification eg. CPA / ACCA / CIMA is preferred
l Related experience in a multi-national EMS company is a plus
l ERP knowledge is a pre-requisite (JDE knowledge is an advantage)
l Basic knowledge in Shopfloor Management System
l Familiar with China GAAP and Tax Law
l Skilled in Microsoft Office, especially EXCEL
l Good command of both oral and written English
l Excellent oral, written, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills.
l Excellent and proactive in problem-solving skills and cause & effect analysis
l Positive attitude, good team work, willingness to learn and ability to persevere through tight deadline & high work pressure
