Main Responsibilities:
Compliance investigators focus on the investigation on the suspicious transactions and related vendors found in the compliance auditing, including but not limited to:
- According to suspicious transactions, gather relevant information on the relevant vendors and draft work papers;
- On-site confirm the suspicious vendors' business information and gather audit evidence;
- Field investigate authenticity of suspicious transactions and collect audit evidence;
- Aggregate and organize the audit evidence gathered to draft investigation report.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree or higher with Auditing, Acounting or related field with at least 1 year working experience; or fresh graduate;
2. Strong analytical, organizational and planning skills to benefit the assessing and recognition of the risks and the execution of the investigation;
3. Good at MS Office skills (esp. Excel, PowerPoint, Access) and reporting;
4. Good interpersonal skills with both internal and external parties;
5. Team spirit and result-oriented attitude;
6. 30%+ civil travel.
工作职责:
审计调查员的工作职责主要是对合规审计中发现的可疑交易及相关商户进行实地调查，包括但不限于：
- 根据可疑交易搜集相关可疑商户的信息并草拟调查底稿
- 实地核实可疑商户的经营信息并搜集审计证据
- 实地调查可疑交易的真实性并搜集审计证据
- 汇总并整理搜集到的审计证据，草拟调查报告
职位要求:
1. 审计及会计相关专业学士学位及以上，拥有一年以上相关工作经验；
2. 擅长分析、组织及计划以胜任对风险的评估与确认及调查工作的执行；
3. 熟练使用Excel、PPT、Access等办公软件并善于报告；
4. 良好的人际沟通能力；
5. 团队合作精神和以结果为导向的工作态度；
6. 30%以上的国内出差。
