Job Title: Credit Control Clerk
Location: Stockport
Duration: Temporary
Salary: £10 - £12 per hour
I am working with a key client of mine who is seeking a Credit Controller to join their successful, expanding organisation. The Credit Control position involves:
- Responsible for all aspects of business to business credit control
- Maintain own portfolio of key national accounts
- Cash collection of approximately 200 live accounts
- Work to targets and KPIs as set by the Credit Control Team Leader
- Chasing high volume of debt via phone, letter and email
- Investigating and resolving account queries
- Communicating aged debt on a weekly basis
- Handle a high volume of calls a day
- Set credit limits
- Maintaining Excel spread sheets and data bases
- General administrative duties as required
