1. 负责月结的工作
2. 制定公司的财务制度，并根据会计政策的变动向管理层提交相关财务制度修改方案
3. 负责编制IFRS月度和年度的财务报表
4. 负责成本和费用的预实分析，每月向管理层提供相关的分析报告
5. 负责季度预测和年度预算的工作
6. 负责年度会计审计的各项工作
7. 与各部门紧密联系，确保各部门的业务发生情况符合公司财务制度的要求
8. 及时掌握新的会计、税务制度，以能及时调整公司内部流程，或季度预测和年度预算
1.Preparation and review of monthly report;
2. Lead, prepare and review the accounting policies and advise management on the implication of new or change in accounting standards affecting the Group
3. Preparation of monthly and annual financial statements in compliance with International Financial Accounting Standards
4. Preparation of Management Discussion & Analysis of the performance
5. Preparation the quarter forecast and budget
6. Lead the annual audit and liaise with external auditors
7. Work closely with business units' finance & accounting teams to ensure financial results of business units are properly prepared in accordance with accounting policy and principles
8. Continuous review and implementation of applicable accounting standards and policy (including new pronouncement) relevant to our operations; and Support annual budget
(1)教育水平Education:本科以上学历
Bachelor's degree or above
(2)工作经验Experience:8年以上财务相关工作经验。
Over eight-year work experience at Finance.
（3）专业要求Major in:财务或管理类相关专业。
major in Accounting or Business Administration
(4)技能要求Skills:
熟悉财务相关法规，熟悉ERP软件系统，MS-office软件。
Understanding PRC Accounting and IFAS principal, PRC Tax Laws/ Regulations and Customs Regulations。 Familiar with ERP software not only in finance function but also manufactory and distribution functions as well as MS-Office packages
(5)外语要求Foreign Language:
英文熟练(商务水平) Fluent English (business level)
(6)其他要求（Other requirements）
有较强的团队管理能力和领导力，良好的人际沟通技巧，以及分析和解决问题的能力. High level of team management and leadership skills. communication abilities, analysis and solving problem skills.
有中级会计职称.
The senior professional qualification of Accountant will be required.
