They are now looking for Project & Asset Accountant to join their already large and highly trained ranks who help operate, support & manage their services and facilities.

Description
- To provide timely and accurate reporting to internal customers and external stakeholders
- To produce accurate, timely and insightful management information, focusing maintaining and controlling the fixed asset register
- To provide data and information as required for the annual budget and forecasting process
- Proactively assist the Senior Project and Asset Accountant to achieve Team targets and objectives and help promote continuous improvement in people, processes and systems.
- Responsible for data input and integrity of RAM (Real Asset Management)
- Responsible for the monthly reconciliation of RAM and the relevant general ledger codes on the balance sheet.
- Responsible for the monthly processing and integrity of the depreciation journals
- Analyse RAM to determine differences in expected asset patterns by operational segment.
- To ensure quarterly site/ cost centre asset registers are compiled and reviewed.
- Ability to identify continuous improvement initiatives and develop our fixed asset reporting in line with changing business needs
- To manage change in reporting, process and system projects that will impact fixed asset accounting.
- Provide financial information to both Internal and External Audit as and when required.
- To provide to support and cover to colleagues within Financial Control
- Ad hoc tasks as and when required by Line Manager
