Senior Internal Auditor

Our client is a global Technology business looking for an Senior Internal Auditor to join their team on a contract basis.

Role:

• To perform risk-based audit work to ensure that company assets are properly recorded and results recorded in accordance with accounting standards
• To perform Sarbanes Oxley Compliance within reviews in the business and the EMEA region
• To help support external auditors (both general audit and IT audit) when required to reduce their levels of activity

Desired Experience:

• Strong understanding of internal control environments
• Knowledge IFRS and Sarbanes Oxley
• Ability to speak a second language preferred but not essential
• Recognised accountancy qualification e.g. ACA, ACCA, CIMA, CPA, IIA
• Advanced computer skills, especially Excel (e.g. pivot tables, advanced macros) would be beneficial to facilitate analysis
