Management Accountant

A great role has become available for one of London's most exciting contemporary art galleries. The position would sit within the finance team based in the gallery and would have responsibilities such as Management Accounts and direct line management.

The client is one of London's leading contemporary art galleries with additional galleries in the U.S.

Description

A successful candidate will be given duties which include:

• Maintaining the books and records and the preparation of monthly management accounts, budgets and forecasts.

• Agreeing intercompany balances with all Countries within the Organisation.

• Reporting of monthly results.

• Weekly and quarterly cash flow reporting.

• Ad-hoc local and Group projects and process improvement.

• Assistance in local projects and process improvement.

• Contributing to the preparation of statutory financial statements.

• Communication with queries from both local and Group Auditors.

• Contributing to the coordination, preparation and consolidation of all UK Company annual budgets and quarterly forecasts

Profile

A successful candidate will have a similar profile to:

• ACCA - Part qualified and currently studying foundation or intermediate ACCA.

• A minimum of 2 years' of working in a finance team.

• Confident, personable and approachable.

• An understanding and commitment to confidentiality.

• Excellent communication and IT skills.

Job Offer

A successful candidate will be offered:

£30,000 - £35,000
