The Role

As a Customer Account Manager, you will hold a portfolio of Zenergi customers, being schools and commercial companies. You will manage your portfolio of customers, building strong and long lasting relationships to ensure the high-quality service we offer them is tailor-made to their needs.

You will resolve general account queries, carry out efficient data analysis and problem solving on accounts, as well as speaking to customers, energy suppliers and service providers to provide the full customer service in the ‘Zen Way.’

Additionally, you will assist the company to implement updates to company processes, provide back-up to fellow Account Manager’s and other internal ad hoc requirements as needed.

The role is currently based in central Manchester but with the likelihood of a move to a different location within the area in future, so travel will need to be flexible.

Key Skills, Responsibilities, Attitudes

  • Previous experience using Sage CRM systems (desirable)
  • A technical understanding of both the Gas and Electricity supply industry (desirable)
  • Computer literate
  • Positive, approachable and ‘can-do’ attitude
  • Strong customer service skills and a desire to provide a consistently high-level of service
  • Excellent organisational, communication and administration skills
  • Ability to manage and prioritise workload
  • Proactive, innovative and dynamic mentality
  • Ability to build strong relationships at all levels
  • A technical understanding of both the Gas and Electricity supply industry (desirable)
