Job Title:             Payroll Administrator Department:      Finance Duration:             Permanent Contract Location:             LMR - Dublin Reporting to:     Payroll Supervisor We are currently seeking a dedicated and reliable payroll administrator. The primary function of this role is to assist the payroll supervisor in ensuring the payroll function is run in an efficient and timely manner.   Duties and Responsibilities: Process the Northern and Southern Ireland payroll on a weekly basis. This includes receiving payroll adjustments from relevant departments each month Maintain payroll records with regard to absenteeism throughout the business Respond to inquiries from management and employees regarding revenue issues, holiday accrual, overtime, and other related issues Work with other Payroll/Human Resources department staff to improve the accuracy and efficiency of payroll procedures Participate in projects as they arise Performs other duties as assigned The Person: The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years' experience working in a busy payroll department Will possess an IPASS or similar payroll qualification Will ideally have knowledge of sage/micropay systems Will have an intermediate level of Microsoft excel and word Will be goal orientated with a proven track record of consistently meeting strict deadlines Be detail orientated with the ability to detect errors as they arise and resolve problems effectively Be highly organised and task focused with a proven track record of getting things done Will have the ability to work on their own initiative along with the ability to work in a team Excellent communication skills are key to this role
