Then I have a great opportunity to join a thriving Architecture firm within the heart of Edinburgh. The company is looking for someone innovative and forward thinking to join a busy office of around 30 staff including senior partners and associates, who can provide an all-round office support and drive the company forward in implementing new ways of working.

Some of your duties will include:

• Lead, develop and coach the team – motivating the team to succeed.
• Support with IT/Software implementation and managing business systems
• Ensuring everyone is compliant on health & safety matters
• Implement and monitor staff training/requirements
• Facilities Management
• Organising staff travel, accommodation and producing detailed travel itineraries
• Supporting Quality Assurance
• Finance and HR Support
• Provide project admin support to associates and members of the team
• Prioritise and manage a large work load

You will need to have:

• Exceptional organisational and people management skills
• Demonstrate the ability to work to tight deadlines
• Strong experience of office management within a creative industry – not essential
• Be able to work to strict deadlines under pressure
• Strong delegation and negotiation skills
• First class customer service skills
• Display a collaborative work ethic
