一、新项目成本控制管理New Prlject Cos Contro Management
1.核查采购信息和工程设计书

Input data in PROCON&FACTON quotation system
4.MSP确认及改善建议
MSP Confirmation and improvement suggestions
5.MSP讲解和跟进
MSP explanation and tracking
6.新项目各阶段收益核算及改善建议
Profitability study and improvement suggestions for different phases of new project
7.监控关联公司采购和销售价格
Monitor inter-company purchase price and inter-company selling price
8.核查标准成本,改善SAP标准成本结构
Verify standard cost, improve SAP standard cost structure
9.编制MSP相关报表
Establish MSP related reports
10.控制模具、夹具 投资和存货划分以及新项目费用监控
Divide tooling & fixture into investment or inventory ,monitor project expenses
二、工厂持续改进工作管理Continue improvement in Plant Management
1. 根据马勒集团精益生产体系优化工厂内持续改进体系
Optimize the CIP system in plant according to the lean management system of Mahle group.
2. 管理工厂内部的持续改善以及降成本活动
Manage the CIP and cost-reducing activities in plant
3. 导入现场持续改善活动如:策略管理、持续改善、快速换模等
Conduct improvement workshop such as: Hoshin, Kaizen, SMED,etc.
4. 组织协调各职能部门明确改善项目和目标,建立改善小组
Organize and coordinate each function, confirm the CIP projects and target, appoint the CIP team.
5. 跟进各改进小组制定行动计划和过程分析直到目标完成
Follow up each CIP team create the action plan and process analysis till achieved the target
6. 定期组织改进项目小组会议,跟踪相关的进度
Hold regular meeting among CIP teams and follow up the progress.
7. 定期组织改进项目会议,向管理层汇报改善进度和绩效
Hold regular CIP meeting, report to the management for the progress and performance.
