Analyst / Associate, Real Estate Multi-Strategy Investments

Responsibilities:

• Perform financial analysis and build database on direct & indirect Real Estate investments
• Assist in financial due diligence process and liaise with external professional parties on deal execution process
• Assist to prepare detailed financial proposals for development projects in Hong Kong and China
• Gather market intelligence of real estate sector
• Perform ad hoc assignments as per management requests

Requirements:

• Degree in finance or business management related discipline
• 1 - 3 years' experience in the financial industry with relevant experience in real estate sector
• Solid accounting and financial knowledge and strong in financial modelling skills
• Experience in real estate related investments is definite advantageous
• Strong communication skills in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Candidate with more experience would be considered for an Associate position
