Finance Director

Robert Half Finance and Accounting are seeking a Finance Director for a growing manufacturing organisation based in Swansea



Role

I need an experience manufacturing finance lead with at least 3 years post qualified experience as a finance lead.

This is a highly acquisitive and profitable business and will operate relatively autonomously.

Supervise/Coordinate the finance function for our various locations in the UK.

Manage all accounting, finance, treasury and tax function for the UK based entities.

Coordinate the annual year-end audit for the UK based entities.

Coordinate the budget process for our UK based entities.

Provide various financial/accounting/tax information to the corporate office.

Improve current procedures and establish new procedures when required.

Manage a UK based finance team.

Support all departments from our various UK locations when needed.

Reporting to the General Manager.

£50,000 to £60,00 plus benefits
