Finance Director

Our client is currently in the market for a Finance Director to be a key member of the management team. This key role will play an essential part in driving the profitable growth of the business both organically and through acquisition.

The Role:
Driving key objectives including: strategic planning and creation of business plans
driving profit improvement plans; acquisitions; new product development and raising of capital
To ensure that company financial systems are robust, compliant and support current activities and future growth.
To ensure that all the company's financial practices are in line with statutory regulations and legislation and manage data integrity
Apply Group procedures especially regarding payments, investments & recruitment

The Candidate:
Operational/Commercial Finance Director with experience driving profitable growth in the financial or banking industry
A strong and engaging leader with experience leading large teams
Demonstrable evidence of implementing solutions that are pragmatic, practical and deliver focused management information
Strong IT skills, always ahead of new technologies
Ability to handle high levels of pressure and critical decision making
Fully qualified with all levels of experience
