Job Title: Payroll Officer
Location: Elstree, Hertfordshire
Salary: £25,000-£28,000 per annum
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm

ABOUT THE ROLE
This is an exciting new role for an experienced Payroll Officer interested in joining a fast-growing and innovative organisation. You will be assisting the Payroll Manager in managing client’s payroll experience from the onboarding through to the business as usual stage. You will be working with a team consisting of a Pensions Manager, Account Manager, New Client Admin and Customer Services.
ABOUT THE PERSON
We are looking for a positive person with a strong personality, who will be able to deliver top notch payroll administration work for our clients. Ideally you will have a background working for a company who provides payroll services for their clients.

Main responsibilities include:
•Assist with full payroll process for our clients. Onboarding, implementation and business as usual delivery.
•Assist with managing multiple clients with their payroll needs.
•Ensure payroll processes and practices are fully compliant with legal and regulatory frameworks.
Key Skills & Qualities:
•Minimum of 3 years’ experience working within an end to end payroll processing role is a must.
•Fully experienced using Sage payroll software is a must.
•Experience of processing multi-client payrolls.
•Excellent Excel skills.
•Confident, outgoing, diligent, and hard working with a meticulous attention to detail.
•Good communication skills and the ability to clearly articulate needs both verbally and in written form
