A permanent role for a Management Accountant for a successful business based in Wrexham.
Client Details
A leading service business based in Wrexham with a growing turnover and strong presence in the UK, is recruiting for a Management Accountant to join the business as no 2 to a strong Financial Controller, and will offer some valuable exposure to help with your development.
Description
This role will report directly into a FC but will also work closely with other site directors, and will cover the following areas:
- Producing monthly management packs
- Preparing annual budgets and forecasts, including variance analysis with commentaries
- Stock valuation and usage calculations
- Control of the nominal ledger and balance sheet account reconciliations
- Cost and cash control
- Overseeing tax and compliance
- Cash flow management and reporting
Profile
This is a great opportunity for a candidate that prefers a hands on and results-focused role. We are also looking for:
- Significant experience in a management accounts role
- Part qualified CIMA / ACCA or qualified by experience
- Excellent Excel skills
- IT literate with strong systems knowledge
- Strong communication skills
- Methodical and high attention to detail
